  • Products
    Companies have something to sell, something that can scale (hardware, food brands, devices, applications, …)
  • Tech Sector
    Technology always tends to grow faster of have new emerging industries within.
  • Mid, Large and Mega-cap
    More stable then small and micro-cap. Exceptions can be made for new emerging industries.
  • Dividends
    Added bonus for stocks that offer dividends.

Unpreferred

  • Service based
    Companies that are purely service based have to scale up workforce in order to grow, will be slow and tough to manage.
  • Biotech & Pharma
    Research and clinical trials for products are risky to invest in.

Check the past behavior, check anomalies and the cause of them.

How does the company compare to its peers / competition. Potential to become a leader.

Once every few month we update these reports and check if the company is still in good shape.

Trading Guidelines

DCA / Add to position

You could just buy and hold, DCA at frequent intervals or just add to the position at random times.

Stop-loss / Exit

A very wide or no stop-loss. Only when the outlook for the company is looking very bad can we think of exiting.

No Leverage

We will be holding these positions through good and sometimes possible bad and slow times. Leverage is not recommended.
